Odette discovers her husband Casimir's affair on her mother's funeral day. She joins a cryonics experiment and legally dies. Casimir learns the truth too late—he forces his mistress to abort and funds the experiment. Fifty years later, Odette wakes young; Casimir gets old. He sees her once, says "wrong place," and leaves.
