1. Subscription Model

• Dramafinds offers subscription-based access to premium Content. Available plans (weekly, monthly, annual, or other options), pricing, and features are displayed at checkout and may vary by region or promotion.
• All purchases are for subscription access only. We do not offer virtual currencies, tokens, or stored-value balances.

2. Billing and Payment

2.1 Payment Methods

• Website Subscriptions: Payments are accepted via credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal (or other authorized methods). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
• Payment Processing: Payments are handled by licensed third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store full payment card details; card information is protected by industry-standard encryption.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for future billing cycles. Significant price increases will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same billing period unless you cancel the auto-renewal feature at least 48 hours in advance. The specific timing of renewal and payment deduction varies by the payment channel used for your subscription, and may occur either 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period or on the expiration date itself. Renewals will be charged at the then-current price of your subscription plan.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation Process

• Website Subscriptions: Cancel anytime by logging into your account → "Subscription Settings" → "Cancel Subscription".
• No Automatic Cancellation: Deleting your account or browsing history does not constitute subscription cancellation. You must follow the above process to avoid auto-renewal charges.
• Effect of Cancellation: You may continue accessing premium Content until the end of the current billing period.

3.2 Cancellation for Non-Payment

• We may suspend access to paid features if subscription fees are not paid by the due date. Access will be restored upon full payment.
• Unpaid amounts may result in termination of subscription rights.

4. Refunds

4.1 General Rule

Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for partial use of the billing period.

4.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Required by applicable law;
• Mandated by payment processor rules;
• Documented technical failures preventing access (e.g., server outages ≥24 hours) despite reasonable remediation, provided you submit proof (error logs, screenshots) within 7 days;
• Exceptional cases approved at our discretion (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases).

4.3 Refund Process

• Website Subscriptions: To request a refund, contact support@dramafinds.com with your order ID and detailed reason. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
• Third-Party Platforms: If subscriptions are offered via third-party platforms in the future, refunds will follow the platform’s policy.

5. Trials and Promotional Offers

• Trials or promotional pricing (if offered) require valid payment information. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time. Trial access may be limited by user count or frequency.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

• If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support with your order ID and details before initiating a chargeback.
• Unilateral or excessive chargebacks may result in temporary suspension or termination of access. You agree to cooperate with our investigation of billing disputes.

7. Taxes and Fees

• Prices displayed at checkout exclude applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
• Currency conversion fees or bank charges are the sole responsibility of the payer.

8. Receipts and Billing Records

• Digital receipts are sent to your registered email after each payment and stored in your account under "Billing History".
• For processor-level statements (e.g., PayPal transaction reports), contact support or request directly from the payment processor.
