Legendary lawyer Arthur Vance is hired to secure an acquittal for Brody, the son of a pharmaceutical tycoon, on rape charges. Just before the trial, he is horrified to learn that his own son was brutally beaten and his daughter-in-law miscarried—and the perpetrator is none other than his client, Brody.
