Nobody Believed My Flood Warning

Theo Sullivan smears Sunny Sullivan as a con and derails his plan to rebuild the abandoned dam before a flash flood hits the village. When the flood comes, villagers beg Sunny to take charge. He agrees, but Theo’s jealousy turns deadly as he sabotages the defenses from within.
