A security chief carries an empty suitcase into a bus station, gets extorted for "overweight luggage," and pays with a receipt that proves 50 kilograms of cargo. He calls the police and claims $3 million in gold was stolen. The extortionists must choose: admit the heist or confess to fraud. Either way, they lose.
