Mr.Miller visits his daughter in Riverford in disguise and finds her husband Gabriel abusive. With proof from his granddaughter, he exposes Gabriel at the mayor election. Gabriel tries to threaten the town with his backer, not knowing it's Mr.Miller Gabriel is arrested, Kevin invests in the town.
